Duck Duck Goose, LTD. Clothing Boutique was established in 1996 by a mother and daughter passionate about clothing. We are one of the most exquisite children’s stores in the Pacific Northwest. Duck Duck Goose specializes in European & Domestic fashions. Our retail store is located on trendy and fabulous NW 23rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon between NW Glisan and NW Hoyt. 525 NW 23rd Ave, Portland, Oregon 97210.
Hours:
Monday-Saturday: 10-6 Sunday: 11-5 *Hours are extended during the summer and Holidays.
Shipping:
We have a flat shipping rate of $10.00. We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of being submitted. Packages are generally shipped through United States Postal Service. Average ground shipping is 2-8 business days. Rush shipping and other shipping sources are available for an additional fee. Please call for details.
Gift Wrapping:
Gift wrapping is available for $5.00 per box. Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Duck Duck Goose accepts the following credit cards for payments: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server.
Privacy:
Customer’s personal information will never be sold, leased or shared.
Return Policy:
At Duck Duck Goose we pride ourselves on providing the utmost in customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date received. All sales become final after 14 days. Returned items must be unused/unworn perfect condition, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please include the original sales receipt with your return. Only returns with receipt will be processed. When we receive your return, we will either issue a store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange at your cost. Custom-designed or Special ordered items or any other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special Orders:
Custom ordered/Special order items need to be purchased over the phone. Please contact our retail store at 503.916.0636.
Exceptions:
- All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
- All custom made or special order items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
